Twitterpated

Folks are twitterpated about the newest Twitter sensation Romeo the cat—and drumming up cash for good causes in the process.

Now Romeo (@romeothecat) has a web page (romeothecat.com) so those in his Twitter community (and now anyone) can perhaps donate to an assortment of animal rescue groups.

What started out as an amusement between friends turned into a destination for cat lovers to create community, plus a whole lot more. Isn’t that what social media is all about?

Leave to a cat to figure it out. Or, more accurately, to a cat lover.
